Through the fires of the meta- and poly-crisis, we are entering a new, more planetarized chapter of the human journey, one in which intelligence arises through relationship. In response, we open a cosmopolitan, trans-lineage, peer-to-peer ceremonial field to awaken humble and reverent wonder before the inexhaustible mystery of being human.
Here, widening circles of companions practice the sacred art of inquiry and deep listening, cultivating the relational intelligence our times demand. Given that learning first unfolds in relationship, and only later becomes internalized. Insight itself appears when people are attuned. Groups become more intelligent when people truly listen to one another.
We commit to a path in which the relational field becomes an active force in our development, guiding us toward greater truth, openness, and presence. As we engage in shared inquiry, we allow the field to reveal our relational patterns, soften our blocks to contact, illuminate new dimensions of Being, and point us toward our natural directions of growth. Through this mutual exploration, the field itself becomes our teacher, continually evolving us as we evolve with it.
Therefore our meeting rituals offer both sanctuary and structure, helping us attune to our shared interdependence through peer-to-peer co-sensing, co-regulation, and co-inquiry grounded in earth traditions and embodied meeting. This strengthens relationships.
Like bees gathering nectar and turning it into honey, we cultivate, collect, and protect the essential knowledge of what it is to be human. We create small- and large-group fields of real humanity. Fields of truth, wholeness, relation and service.
“How does Being relate through us?” is our sacred question, our living koan, our guiding golden thread and wellspring. Together we tend to this flame. Together, we become co-teachers and co-liberators, forming a group pearl rather than a teacher-centric practice. Such a group pearl arises and forms within a space of praxis, communion, and guidance – a subtle essence born in the heart of a community devoted to discovering and embodying relative, absolute and relational truth.
Like the “pearl of great price” of many wisdom traditions, it is the luminous presence that emerges when souls help reveal one another’s mature humanity through real contact and mutual service. It is a living field where sincere seekers from all paths, worlds, and lands meet and attune for mutual liberation. As these group fields deepen, they draw nourishment from the great wisdom streams that have guided humanity across time. This inter-lineage field honors and integrates diverse traditions; particularly the Diamond Approach, Sufism, Christian mysticism, and the shamanic and earth-based traditions of the global South. We are cognisant that qualities of the Divine are kept within every faith and every person and that its light is reflected by many mirrors.
Ours is a self-organizing system that evolves through emergence rather than pre-determined design. Its intelligence does not reside in any one teacher but in the collaborative network itself. In each gathering, new forms of understanding arise through caring for Being, the mystery that lives and breathes through us.
We are co-creating a lineage-rooted, relational field where Being expresses itself through individuals, communities, and the Earth that sustains us. Participants serve a movement of global spiritual renewal while receiving a supportive structure to deepen their own praxis.
In this way, we participate in a movement in service to harmony and reconciliation within the worldwide human family.
